Oftentimes, the issues can be resolved without requiring the delay or expense of an on-site visit.

If the problem cannot be resolved via telephone or e-mail, Extrel’s systems can be set up with Remote Support software allowing us to view and run your system through a secure connection. This provides you with fast access to Technical Support Personnel when on-site support is not required, desired, or feasible.
