 (CPP) 

Sometimes a customers must evaluate an application before they can effectively decide if an analyzer purchase is justified. In order to support these customers and the development of new applications, we offer a unique Customer Partnership Program (CPP).

CPP enables customers to:

  • Explore new applications and system functionality without the financial commitment of buying an analyzer
  • Under this program, Extrel will loan the customer an appropriate instrument for up to one month at no charge.
  • The customer will pay for the Extrel support to do initial on-site application development and installation, and to supply any additional support needed during the test period.
  • Extrel will ensure the system is running optimally during the testing period.

With CPP, customers can easily evaluate Extrel analyzers, run their application at their facility and benefit from the initial on-site application development support and basic training.
