Customer Partnership Program

For over 50 years, Extrel has been building lasting relationships with our customers who have come to rely on this partnership. In this time, we have found that there are instances where customers need to evaluate an application before they can effectively decide if an analyzer purchase is justified. In order to support these customers and the development of new applications, we offer a unique Customer Partnership Program (CPP) which enables customers to explore new applications and system functionality without the financial commitment of buying an analyzer. Under this program, Extrel will loan the customer an appropriate instrument for up to one month at no charge. We ask the customer to pay for Extrel’s support to do initial on-site application development and installation, and to supply any additional support needed during the test period. This ensures that the system is running optimally during the testing period. Customers can evaluate Extrel’s analyzers by running the application at their facility and benefit from the initial on-site application development support and basic training provided by Factory Trained and Certified Support Personnel.
