Contributing to a Cure

Extrel was happy to once again join the Western PA Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) for the third year to help raise funds for cystic fibrosis research at the 2014 65 Roses Sports Auction.  This year’s event was hosted by Pittsburgh Steelers Celebrity Chairmen, Brett Keisel and Cameron Heyward, and held in the beautiful Sheraton Pittsburgh in Station Square. Scott Fleishner, Extrel’s VP of Operations said, “The fundraiser that Extrel creates and operates, Football Frenzy, is so well received and supported by the contributors.  The committee at Extrel collects donations and creates over 100 amazing prizes.  We are honored that Extrel’s donation is greatly appreciated by CFF.”  CFF’s mission is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research and drug development, promoting individualized treatment, and ensuring access to high-quality, specialized care.  This year’s extravaganza raised over $100,000 for CFF.
